Warranty
RETURNS: No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with a copy of the receipt. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed to all non-defective returned merchandise. No items may be returned after 30 days from date of invoice. If you purchased your product from an authorized Perma-Cool® dealer you must return it to the same dealer for a refund. Perma-Cool® will assist with inspections, repairs and warranties.
COOL-PACK™ Warranty: All Warranties for Cool-Pack™ units MUST be handled directly by Perma-Cool® Products, separately from any other return. DO NOT RETURN TO PLACE OF PURCHASE. This includes authorization, shipping, processing, and resolution. An RMA must be obtained prior to shipping, freight prepaid. Perma-Cool® Products reserves the right to repair or replace any defective Cool-Pack™ unit or components at manufacturer’s discretion.
WARRANTY (Lifetime): Perma-Cool® cooler coils are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects while in the possession of the original owner and on the vehicle on which it was originally installed. If the product proves to be defective, return the coil freight prepaid, along with a copy of your sales slip or other information confirming the date and place of purchase. If upon examination, by us, the coil is found to be defective in workmanship, it will be replaced without charge. This warranty expressly excludes all coils used for water-cooling.
WARRANTY (Limited): Manufactured items, not covered under the lifetime warranty, are warranted to give satisfactory performance for their intended purpose for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Neither the manufacturer, nor seller shall be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from the installation or use of these products, or the inability to use same. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for the intended installation, use, or application. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities whatsoever in connection therewith.
