Warranty (Lifetime): All Perma Cool coils are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects while in possession of the original owner and on the vehicle on which it is originally installed. If the product proves to be defective, return the coil prepaid with a copy of your sales slip and other information concerning the date and place of purchase to Perma Cool. If, upon examination by us, the coil is found to be defective in workmanship, it will be replaced without charge. This warranty specifically excludes all coils used for water cooling. (Limited); Perma Cool provides satisfactory performance for their intended purposes for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Neither manufacturer nor seller shall be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from the installation or use of these products or the inability to use the same. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for the intended installation, use, or application, and the purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities whatsoever in connection therewith.
Disclaimer: All orders are accepted with the understanding that pricing will be on the basis of "prices in effect at the time of shipment". This will also apply to backorders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We do not recognize terms or conditions stated on customers' purchase orders or otherwise. Perma Cool Products cannot be responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to make product changes at any time. These changes will be made without any obligation to change or modify any products previously manufactured.
Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Perma-Cool, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Returns: No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns MUST be shipped freight prepaid. A restocking fee (20%) may be assessed for all non-defective returned merchandise. No items may be returned after 30 days from the date of invoice.
Cool Pack Return & Warranty: Returns for Cool Pack units must be handled directly by Perma Cool Products separately from any other return; in authorization, shipping, processing, and resolution. An RMA MUST be obtained prior to shipping freight prepaid. Perma Cool Products reserves the right to repair or replace defective Cool Pack units or components of the same at the manufacturer's discretion.
